The hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the city during my Christmas vacation. Being just a short walk from the train station and with easy access to the metro and trams, I found it very convenient to get around. the amazing views from my room were a highlight of my stay. Waking up to fine vistas of the city was nice. Lastly, the hotel's breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of choices that kept me satisfied throughout the day.

I was disappointed with the expensive WiFi charges. As a guest, I expected complimentary internet access, especially considering the hotel's reputation and the price I paid for my stay.

Possibly the best and just perfect stay at a quality hotel. The location is central. It is near a museum and a palace. The staff is fairly friendly, offer an early check-in and late check-out.

Amazing breakfast selection with attentive staff and harp playing. Junior suite and accommodations perfect for families. Enjoyable pool and fitness suite with fantastic views. Close to railway station for easy onward travel.

Located right in the heart of the city, you can find cheap super markets nearby. The hotel is situated on a palace with a great view, and the restaurant "downtown" offers amazing food. The accommodations were nice, with a comfortable bed, good breakfast, and beautiful bathroom with a bath tub.

The hotel needs to improve its customer service.

Everything was great, fast staff, pleasant location not far from the railway station, the restaurant. We loved the convenience of the a double room with a great view.

The room had everything we needed, including a sewing kit! The gym on the 43rd floor had brand new equipment and offered fine views. The staff were amazing and the cleaning was great. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the spa to the restaurant and the pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a very nice experience here, everything was fantastic, the location was spectacular just off the museum of science, Central train station, the Palace. Cheese and eggs were outstanding and overall there was lots of food. Freshly renovated units with king size beds. Professionalism of hotel staff. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Srodmiescie district. Also, I loved how premier the location was.

We were blown away by the stunning view from our room on the 28th floor. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The parking facility was large and had enough space for bigger cars.

We loved the location of the hotel - it was an easy walk to the old town and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The view from our room on the top floor was amazing and we enjoyed using the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with shopping malls and restaurants close by. It's also very convenient for train travel, being situated near the railway station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great view from the higher floors. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained. The staff provide excellent service at all times, making sure that all our needs were met. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The rooftop pool and spa facilities were also a nice bonus.

The only downside was that they needed to improve their communication regarding credit card deposits.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental in Warsaw for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were efficient, friendly and even indulged my attempts to speak Polish. The room was amazing value for money, with a kitchenette, breakfast area, separate bedroom and a spacious shower. The buffet breakfast was well-stocked and the service was courteous. The hotel also organised taxis for me as I didn't have a hire car. The location was perfect, close to all the sights, shopping and the PGE Narodowy stadium. Perfect is the best word to describe my stay at this hotel.

Spacious rooms, convenient location, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Helpful staff provided laundry room and washing machine powder. Good service, English-speaking staff, and stunning views from the top floor.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options to choose from. We also loved the comfortable and clean room, especially the huge bathroom with a bath and shower. Although the bed was two singles put together, it was still very comfortable. Despite some minor inconveniences such as having to pay for wifi and a lack of specific instructions, we had a great stay thanks to the helpful staff and convenient location.
